It was moved by Mayor Tarver, seconded by Ms. Dennis, to direct thc Liaison Committee to indicate to the Fair Board that Council expects the owner of the golf driving range to process through the City an application for the installation of the lights on the golf course driving range; if that does not succeed, it will be placed on a future agenda. STATUS REPORT ON EBDA/LAVWMA NEGOTIATIONS (SR 95:388) Randall Lum presented the staff report. Mr. Pico was not willing to consider a larger pipeline unless he knows that DSRSD does not have the fight to condemn that excess capacity and use it for future growth without any limits or controls. Until some other issues are settled, let LAVWlVIA plan to do the 21 MGD line. If LAVWMA and EBDA reach agreement, we can decide to expand that pipeline if we want. Ms. Michelotti said LAVWMA staff has stated that the Council has to make a decision in December concerning the size of the replacement pipe.
