It was moved by Ms. Mohr, and seconded by Ms. Michelotti, that Resolution No. 95-63, be adopted, approving the 1994-95 Third Quarter Financial Report with the Operating Budget to reflect an increase in revenue projections by $848,966, from $60,406,363 to $61,255,329; and a net increase in transfers-out to the CIP by $876,782 and amend the Capital Improvement Program (CIP) Budget to reflect a decrease in revenue projections by $361,734, from $4,743,890 to $4,382,156; a decrease in expenditure appropriations by $211,637 from $21,487,546 to $21,275,909; and a net decrease in transfers-in by $984,130. The roll call vote was as follows: AYES: Councilmembers Dennis, Michelotti, Mohr, Pico, and Mayor Tarvet NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None There was a break at 9:25 p.m. Council reconvened at 9:30 p.m. Item 6h AppOint an Environmental Community Representative to the Economic Development AdviSory Committee (SR95: 192) Mayor Tarver recommended that Frank Guthrie be appointed. He felt he was the best candidate for the position and will represent the environmental community very well. Ms. Michelotti stated she thought Frank Guthrie was also an excellent choice. It was moved by Mr. Pico, and seconded by Ms. Dennis, that Resolution No. 95-64, be adopted, appointing Mr. Frank Guthrie to be the Environmental Community Representative to the Economic Development Advisory Committee.
