Item 6j Follow-up discussion with Council regarding the San Francisco Pro_iect After discussion, it was decided that Mayor Tarvet will attend the June 5, 1995 Alameda County Planning Commission meeting and will ask to have the San Francisco project put on a future County Planning Commission agenda. He also stated that he has the unanimous support of the Mayor's Conference (in opposition to the property's development in the County) and hopes to take similar support of the County Planning Commission to the Board of Supervisors. Mayor Tarver wants the County Planning Commission to take an action on it now, since it goes to them first. Mr. Roush asked if the Mayor or a Councilmember will be in attendance at that June 5th meeting. He stated that we made the request via a letter; but a personal appearance might make it more difficult for the Commission to turn it down and it would give time for the San Francisco Board of Supervisors to have received and digested a letter which the Mayor sent earlier. Mr. Roush stated that all Mayor Tarver can accomplish at the June 5th meeting is to have the Commission agree to put this issue on its next agenda. Item 6k RZ-95-02. City Of Pleasanton Application to amend the City of Pleasanton's MuniCipal Code to eliminate referenceS t0 the Design Review Board. Brian Swift presented the staff report. It was moved by Ms. Mohr, and seconded by Ms. Dennis, that Ordinance No. 1656 be introduced, to be read by title only and waiving further reading thereof, amending the City of Pleasanton's Municipal Code to eliminate references in the Municipal Code to the Design Review Board.
