It was moved by Ms. Dennis, and seconded by Mr. Pico, to support the staff <br /> recommendation to authorize the Mayor and/or staff to send letters and/or give testimony <br /> supporting legislation clarifying the authority of Pleasanton, Hayward and Alameda County to <br /> enter into a cooperative multi-agency agreement for regional planning in the Pleasanton <br /> Ridgelands. <br /> <br /> The roll call vote was as follows: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Dennis, Michelotti, Pico, and Mayor Tarver <br /> NOES: Councilmember Mohr <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> IV;¢m 6d <br /> PUD-92-04-1m. Chu/Standard Pacific <br /> Application for a PUD minor modification to chan~e the previousIv approved building, <br /> design for 87 small- ltnd large-lot single-family detached units on an approximately 17.5- <br /> acre property located on the southerly side of the Arroyo Mocho, northeasterly of the <br /> intersection of Stoneridge Drive with Stonepointe Way. and Northerly of the existing, <br /> terminUS Qf Martin Avenue, Zoning for the propert_v is PUD (Planned Unit Development) - <br /> LDR/MDR {Low DenSity Residential/Medium Density Residential) Distriet.(IR95:27) <br /> <br /> Mr. Pico appealed this item. He explained that he wanted to discuss amending the <br /> CC&Rs concerning that these units are in the flight path of the Livenore airport. I-Ie was also <br /> disturbed by some aspects of the design. <br /> <br /> Item <br /> ACtiOnS of the Zoning Administrator and Planning Commission (IR95:28) <br /> <br /> No action was required or taken by Council. <br /> <br /> Item 6c <br /> Follow-Up diScusSion with Council regarding San Francisco ProjeCt <br /> <br /> Mayor Tarver stated that he will bring this issue to the Mayor's Conference on <br /> Wednesday and hoped to have the Mayor's Conference support before presenting the matter to <br /> the Board of Supervisors. Becky Dennis and he had met with Terry Hallihan from San <br /> Francisco County Board of Supervisors who is very supportive; he would rather work together <br /> rather than have an adversarial relationship. <br /> <br /> Ms. Michelotti brought up her request for a liaison committee. <br /> <br /> Ms. Mohr felt having a liaison committee would show the Board of Supervisors that it <br /> isn't just a few Councilmembers' speaking but all Councilmembers. She also suggested the <br />__ proposed letter going to the San Francisco Board of Supervisors should say that the Council has <br /> <br /> 05109195 -14- <br /> <br /> <br />
