Mr. Tarver referred to the Tri-Valley Planning public meetings scheduled for April: San <br />Ramon, Dublin/Livermore, and Pleasanton/Alameda County to get the impressions of all. <br /> <br /> Mr. Tarver announced April 5, 1995 at 7:30 p.m. is a live call-in talk show on Channel <br />30. <br /> <br /> In connection with the proclamation of Centenarian Day, Mr. Tarver recognized Olive <br />Gurney, who is 100 years old. <br /> <br /> Mr. Tarver announced the Town Hall meeting on April 17, 1995 in the Chambers to <br />generally discuss the Tri-Valley Plan, update on the General Plan review process, and any other <br />topic of interest to the public. <br /> <br /> Mr. Tarver requested a review of SB 877 (MTC transportation funding), AB 1340 <br />(Ridgelands), and AB 1341 (sphere of influence), on future agendas. <br /> <br /> Mr. Tarver inquired if the City Attorney could advise proponents of a County initiative <br />regarding wording and procedures. <br /> <br /> Mr. Roush did not feel comfortable doing that. He indicated the County Counsel would <br />be the appropriate person, however, there are many attorneys who could advise the proponents. <br /> <br /> Mr. Tarver referred to his statement that Sharrell Michelotti had received one of the <br />largest contributions after the election. He indicated Ms. Michelotti had researched prior <br />campaign disclosure filings and gave examples of contributions received in 1992 by other <br />candidates that were far larger than that which she had received, some up to $10,000 greater. <br />He corrected his statement made on the Channel 30 Mayor's Report. Mayor Tarver then <br />requested Council to review the election campaign disclosure issues. He wanted to investigate <br />changing the ordinance to preclude acceptance of contributions after the last pre-election filing <br />date and to reconsider the $25 disclosure limitation. <br /> <br />9.
