The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Michelotti, Mohr, Pico, and Mayor Tarver <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Dennis <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> It was moved by Mr. Pico, seconded by Ms. Michelotti, to commend the City <br />employees for all their efforts in costs containment and other efforts to bring the budget <br />in balance. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Michelotti, Mohr, Pico, and Mayor Tarver <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Dennis <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> Mr. Tarver asked if the increases in contract services such as, building permit plan <br />checking from applicants, the preparation of the San Francisco environmental impact <br />report from San Francisco when development is approved, and street lighting acquisition <br />from services will be recoverable. <br /> <br /> Ms. Acosta indicated that generally the answer was yes. <br /> <br />Item 7d <br />Interim development standards for the Vineyard Corridor and North Sycamore Area <br />(SR 95: 100) <br /> <br /> Brian Swift presented the staff report. <br /> <br /> Mr. Tarver requested clarification on the approval process and when utilities would <br />be available. <br /> <br /> Mr. Swift indicated that when improvements are made in front of the property, that <br />property may connect to utilities. The North Sycamore Plan specifies how utilities will <br />be brought to the smaller lots and will be provided by major developers. In the Vineyard <br />Corridor, the development issues are before the General Plan Steering Committee and <br />will come before Council for approval. There will be no extension of City utilities for <br />quite some time, possibly not until sufficient development has occurred to be able to <br />finance extension of utilities there. <br /> <br />03/21/95 <br /> -11- <br /> <br /> <br />
