Ed Churka requested that item 7b regarding the Pleasanton Railroad Association
issues be continued indefinitely.

Mr. Tarver suggested City staff work with Mr. Churka, the Pleasanton Railroad
Association and the Pacific Locomotive Association to get a better understanding of the
project; to establish that no city funds will be used; and to get the best wording for a
ballot measure to educate the voters. Mr. Tarver was concerned that there are
misunderstandings about the City responsibilities and those issues must be adequately
resolved before a measure goes before the voters.

Ms. Mohr wanted to be sure those at the meeting who wanted to speak on this
matter would get notice of future meetings. (They were directed to give their names and
addresses to the City Clerk.)

4.
