Mr. Pico was not in favor of forming a Geologic Hazard Abatement District and <br /> did not believe the Golden Eagle homeowners were in favor of that. He still supported <br /> forming a panel of independent geologists. However, he was willing to work with the <br /> association for thirty days, if that period is appropriate, to try to reach some kind of <br /> agreement about a modified GHAD. <br /> <br /> Mr. Tarver suggested that Ms. Mohr be one of the Council representatives on the <br /> co~nmittee. He still supported an independent reviewing panel. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Mohr, seconded by Ms. Michelotti, to have a committee of <br /> two Councihnembers and representatives of the homeowners association meet over the <br /> next thirty days to formulate a funding vehicle, such as a modified CHAD, that would <br /> be economically feasible for this 80-unit development, but that nothing further be <br /> investigated. <br /> The roll call vote was as follows: <br /> AYES: Councihnembers - Michelotti, Mohr, and Mayor Tarver <br /> NOES: Councihnembers Dennis and Pico <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> It was agreed that Ms. Mohr would replace Mr. Pico on the committee. <br /> <br /> There was discussion about whether Ms. Dennis would stay on as Council <br /> representative to the subcommittee and it was determined that she would continue in that <br /> role. <br /> <br /> There was a break at 9:39 p.m. <br /> <br /> The meeting was reconvened at 9:52 p.m. <br /> <br /> Item 6b <br /> Request for Water Com~ection and Approval of a Preannexation and Water Facilities <br /> Agreement for the Oak Manor Project.
