MATTERS CONTINUED FOR DECISION <br /> <br />Item 6a <br />Ordinance No. 1648, Approving the application of New Cities Development Group for PUD- <br />94-04 (Introduced 2/7/95 - Tarver/No) <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Mohr, seconded by Ms. Michelotti, to adopt Ordinance No. 1648, <br />approving the application of New Cities Development Group for PUD -94-04. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Dennis, Michelotti, Mohr, and Pico <br />NOES: Mayor Tarvet <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />Item 6b <br />DiscusSion of cost allocation for cross-town sanitary sewer interceptor, Project No. 872066B <br />(Continued from 2/7/95) <br /> <br /> Mr. Tarvet indicated he still requires more information. The matter was continued to <br />the next meeting on March 7, 1995. <br /> <br />7. PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> <br />Item 7a( 1 ) <br />Review of Study and Options for Norlh Pleasauton Community Development <br />Workforce, Park and Recreation Facility Needs (SR95:67) <br /> <br />Item 7a(2) <br />Review of Funding Options for North Pleasanton Community Park (SR95:71) <br /> <br /> Ms. Acosta indicated this is a very complex topic and staff has been working with <br />members of the development community for a number of months. Staff is asking Council to <br />begin the public discussion but there will be more meetings on this subject. It is important to <br />have Council's initial reactions on the subject. <br /> <br /> Brian Swift presented both staff reports. <br /> <br /> Shelby Martin, representing the Chamber of Commerce, 777 Peters Avenue, indicated <br />the Chamber is not opposed to additional park space nor that it should be paid for by the users. <br /> <br />02/21/95 <br /> - 4 - <br /> <br /> <br />
