After discussion, it was decided that the item would not be continued. <br /> <br />4. CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br /> Ms. Michelotti requested an amendment to the Minutes of February 7, 1995 on page 8 <br />to indicate she questioned the accuracy of the statement made regarding the flight path, but that <br />she would address the issue on her own time with staff. <br /> <br /> Jim Duncan, 617 Angela Street, requested item 4d, Opposition to the Governor's <br />proposal to eliminate the Bay Conservation & Development Commission, be removed from the <br />Consent Calendar. The item was continued to the next meeting. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Mohr, seconded by Ms. Dennis, that the following actions be taken <br />on the Consent Calendar: <br /> <br /> a. Approve the City Council Minutes for 2/7/95, as amended. <br /> <br /> b. Proclaim 2/19/95 to 2/25/95 as Rotary Week in honor of its 90th Anniversary. <br /> c. Accept the Traffic Committee Minutes for 2/2/95. (IR 95:11) <br /> d. This item was continued to 3/7/95. <br /> <br /> e. Approve the Agreements with Dow Chemical Corporation for the City to use a <br /> new sanitary sewer radio telemetry frequency and authorize the City Manager to <br /> execute the agreements. (SR 95:59) <br /> <br /> f. Adopt Ordinance No. 1647, amending Chapter 11.20 of the Pleasanton Municipal <br /> Code to reduce the speed limit on a portion of Vineyard Ave from 50 mph to 40 <br /> mph. <br /> <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers- Dennis, Michelotti, Mohr, Pico, and Mayor Tarver <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> 02/21/95 <br /> -2- <br /> <br /> <br />
