.: 7. PUBLIC HEARINGS Item 7a Levy of AsseSsments for Oak Tree Farm Geologic Hazard Abatement District (SR 95: 12) Randall Lum presented the staff report. Council clarified that this was for basic maintenance costs to prevent problems only. Mr. Lum indicated the fund was for routine preventative maintenance and costs of repair for a hazard would require additional assessments. Mayor Tarver declared the public hearing open. There being no testimony, Mayor Tarver declared the public hearing closed. It was moved by Ms. Mohr, seconded by Ms. Michelotti, to adopt Resolution No. 95-02, ordering that the cost and expenses of maintenance and operating an improvement (acquire or constructed) shall be assessed against the property within the district; confirming the assessments and ordering them to be levied against each parcel of property; and directing the Clerk of the District to record a notice of assessments.
