Proclaim April 1999 as "Sexual Assault Awareness Month" where women, children and men in the City of Pleasanton have the right to be safe from sexual violence in their homes, at school, at work and on the streets; and that perpetrators should be held responsible for sexual attacks and to prevent sexual violence at every opportunity; and to support the Tri-Valley Haven which is committed to ending sexual violence in the City of Pleasanton and providing essential crisis intervention and prevention services to members of the community. g. Approve the monthly disbursements in the amount of $13,948,683.79, and approve the investments and COPS AB3229 expenditures report for February 1999. (SR99:88) h. Adopt Resolution No. 99-034, vacating 4,472 square feet of Blessing Drive street right- of-way, and a 26 foot wide public access and utility easement, and eight foot wide public service easement, adjacent to lots 42 through 45, and adjacent to parcels 'T' and "N", of Tract 6400; accept the offer of dedication of street right-of-way and public service easement from Presley Homes for the extension of Blessing Drive; and direct the City Clerk to record said street and easement vacation and grant of street right-of-way and public service easement. Accept the public improvements for Fairlands Park Renovation, Project No. 958038; authorize the City Clerk to file a Notice of Completion for the subject project; authorize final payment to White Oak Landscape, Inc., in the amount of $762.21; and transfer $4,500 from the Play Equipment and Park Fumiture Replacement Fund to the Fairlands Park Renovation Fund. Approve the contract with Pattillo & Garrett Associates to provide Master Plan services for the Alviso Adobe Community Park, Project No. 987025; authorize the City Manager to execute the subject contract; and transfer $5,618 from the remaining fund balance of the Alviso Adobe Restoration project and $5,652 from the recently completed Amador Park Pathway Lighting project. Adopt Resolution No. 99-035, approving the subject agreement between the City of Pleasanton and the State of California for funding of preliminary engineering, and construction for the Main Street Bridge Earthquake Retrofit at Arroyo Del Vaile, Project No. 965042 and authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement.
