Ms. Michelotti asked what is the applicants' right as far as putting a permitted use on the <br />site or coming back with an application for another conditional use permit. <br /> <br /> Mr. Roush said the applicant could resubmit another application for a permanent solution. <br />It would not set aside Council' s action taken tonight. <br /> <br /> Ms. Michelotti said tonight's action puts the property back to its original condition. In <br />order for the applicant to get an approved use, what procedure would need to be taken. <br /> <br /> Mr. Roush said assuming the medical use in the existing building is a permitted use and <br />meets all the other requirements, it could be permitted. He said staff has outlined the agreement <br />and the City's position and is holding discussions with the owner of the Coffee Roast Express. <br /> <br /> Ms. Michelotti wanted the public to be aware that the City is not being the bad guy.
