Schlies, representing Zarohee Attinello, referred to documentation previously delivered to Council for review. He then presented to Council another document. He indicated the proposed Memorandum of Understanding with the Pleasanton City Employees Association does not address the issues raised by Ms. Attinello and urged members of the Council to meet with them to resolve the matter prior to the necessity of filing litigation. - 3 - 11/05/96
