Mr. Tarver expressed his appreciation for the work the Fire Chief and staff have done <br />to arrive at this process. It makes a lot of sense. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Michelotti, seconded by Ms. Mohr, to authorize the City <br />Manager to sign an Interim Joint Powers Agreement regarding delivery of Fire Services <br />within the Valley and proposal to provide fire protection to Dublin. <br /> <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Michelotti, Mohr, and Mayor Tarvet <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmembers - Dennis and Pico <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />7, MATrERS INITIATED BY COUNCIL <br /> <br />8.
