Ms. Michelotti supported the right of a Councilmember to continue an item to the next <br /> meeting. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Dennis, seconded by Mr. Pico, to continue the meeting until <br />8:00 p.m. on July 26, 194)6. <br /> <br /> Ms. Mohr indicated she would not be in town tomorrow night. <br /> <br /> Ms. Michelotti asked that the Council proceed cautiously. She had been out of town until <br />yesterday afternoon and had worked hard to review all the material before tonight's meeting. <br />A Councilmember has requested a continuance and the meeting is proposed for tomorrow night, <br />a Friday. She is not available nor is she available on August 5. It appears Council is going to <br />act on this issue without two Councilmembers. <br /> <br /> A substitute motion was made by Ms. Mohr, seconded by Ms. Michelotti, to <br />continue this meeting to August 6. <br /> <br />The roll caJl vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Michelotti and Mohr <br />NOES: Councilmembers Dennis, Pico, and Mayor Tarver <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> The motion failed. <br /> <br />The roll call vote on the original motion was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Dennis, Pico, and Mayor Tarver <br />NOES: Councilmembers Michelotti and Mohr <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />6.
