There being no further testimony, the public hearing was closed. It was moved by Ms. Mohr, seconded by Ms. Michelotti, to adopt Resolution No. 96-53, approvlng a negative declaration for the project. Mr. Pico commented that he did not feel the parking was adequate and it was a concern. Mr. Tarver agreed about the parking, but this design was responsive to the need for on- site parking and will not make the situation worse.
