There being no further testimony, the public hearing was closed. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Mohr, seconded by Ms. Michelotti, to adopt Resolution No. <br />96-53, approvlng a negative declaration for the project. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Dennis, Michelotti, Mobr, Pico, and Mayor Tarvet <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Mohr, seconded by Ms. Michelotti, to introduce Ordinance No. <br />1683, to be read by title only and waivlng further reading thereof, approving the <br />application of Prank Auf tier Maur for Planned Unit Development rezonlng and <br />development plan approval for a four-lot subdivision, retalnlng the existing single-family <br />residence and constructing three new units, on an existing property located at 4027 <br />Vineyard Avenue, as ~ed under Case PUD-96-03. <br /> <br /> Mr. Pico commented that he did not feel the parking was adequate and it was a concern. <br /> <br /> Mr. Tarver agreed about the parking, but this design was responsive to the need for on- <br />site parking and will not make the situation worse. <br /> <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Dennis, Micheloff, Mohr, Pico, and Mayor Tarvet <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />Item 6d <br />PUD-96-01.
