It was moved by Ms. Dennis, and seconded by Ms. Michelotti, that Ordinance No. <br />1672 be introduced, to be read by title only and waiving further reading thereof, approving <br />the Planned Unit Development rezonlng from R-I-20,000 to PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development) - HDR (High Density Residential) District and development plan approval for <br />a 86-unit, two story apartment complex for reduced-income senior citizens located at 4023- <br />4073 Stanley Boulevard eliminating the train whistle from decibel mitigations and adding <br />a tenant disclosure concerning the noise from the train. <br /> <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Dennis, Michelotti, Mohr, Pico, and Mayor Tarver <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Dennis, and seconded by Ms. Michelotti, that Resolution No. <br />96-04, be adopted, granting the project Growth Management allocation for 1995, if buHdlng <br />permits are obtained by March 31, 1996. <br /> <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Dennis, Michelotti, Mohr, and Pico <br />NOES: Mayor Tarver <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Denni% and seconded by Ms. Michelotti, that Resolution No. <br />96-05 be adopted, approving the request for a fee waiver of $880,000 in City buHdlng and <br />growth impact fees and deferred street improvements costs with approximately $180,000 <br />in building permit fee waivers to be reimbursed to the General Fund through the Lower <br />Income Housing Fund. <br /> <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Dennis, Michelotti, Mohr, Pico, and Mayor Tarvex <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />Item 6b <br />AP-95-12/UP-95-51.
