It was moved by Ms. Dennis, and seconded by Ms. Michelotti, that Ordinance No. 1672 be introduced, to be read by title only and waiving further reading thereof, approving the Planned Unit Development rezonlng from R-I-20,000 to PUD (Planned Unit Development) - HDR (High Density Residential) District and development plan approval for a 86-unit, two story apartment complex for reduced-income senior citizens located at 4023- 4073 Stanley Boulevard eliminating the train whistle from decibel mitigations and adding a tenant disclosure concerning the noise from the train.
