It was moved by Mr. Pico, seconded by Ms. Dennis, to adopt Resolution No. 97-146, <br />approving an amendment to the Sewer Agreement for the Stoneridge Regional Shopping <br />Center. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Ayala, Dennis, Michelotti, Pico, and Mayor Tarver <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />It,m 6C <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Dennis, seconded by Ms. Ayala, to introduce Ordinance No. <br />1733, modifying the Development Agreement for Wells Fargo to extend the term for five <br />years to August 9, 2005. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Ayala, Dennis, and Michelotti <br />NOES: Councilmember Pico and Mayor Tarver <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> It was moved by Mr. Pico, seconded by Ms. Ayala, to adopt Resolution No. 97-147, <br />approving an amendment to the Reimbursement Agreement for Wells Fargo, directing staff <br />to update the exhibits as described in the staff report, and to adopt Resolution No. 97-148, <br />approving the modification to the Development Deferment Agreement, and authorizing the <br />City Manager to execute them. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Ayala, Dennis, Michelotti, Pico, and Mayor Tarver <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> Mr. Tarver felt ten years was adequate for the Development Agreement. He wanted <br />Wells Fargo to do what it said it would do in 1990 about bringing in a premier facility and <br />improving our community. He would prefer having a company that wanted to develop in <br />Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> Ms. Michelotti said she did not mind slowing growth and giving Wells Fargo time to <br />carry out its plans.
