The roll call vote was as follows: AYES: Councilmembers - Ayala, Dennis, and Michelotti NOES: Councilmember Pico and Mayor Tarver ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None It was moved by Mr. Pico, seconded by Ms. Ayala, to adopt Resolution No. 97-147, approving an amendment to the Reimbursement Agreement for Wells Fargo, directing staff to update the exhibits as described in the staff report, and to adopt Resolution No. 97-148, approving the modification to the Development Deferment Agreement, and authorizing the City Manager to execute them. The roll call vote was as follows: AYES: Councilmembers - Ayala, Dennis, Michelotti, Pico, and Mayor Tarver NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None Mr. Tarver felt ten years was adequate for the Development Agreement. He wanted Wells Fargo to do what it said it would do in 1990 about bringing in a premier facility and improving our community. He would prefer having a company that wanted to develop in Pleasanton.
