Where is the sensitivity? <br /> <br /> The public hearings were closed. <br /> <br />Item 6b <br /> <br /> It was moved by Mr. Pico, seconded by Ms. Dennis, to re-adopt Resolution No. <br />97-145, approving a negative declaration for the amendment to the Development Agreement <br />for the Stoneridge Regional Shopping Center. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Ayala, Dennis, Michelotti, Pico, and Mayor Tarver <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> It was moved by Mr. Pico, seconded by Ms. Dennis, to introduce Ordinance No. <br />1732, approving the amendment to the Stoneridge Regional Shopping Center Development <br />which would: (1) extend the term of the Agreement for five years; (2) allow an additional <br />development of 202,000 sq. ft. of leasable floor area; (3) establish revised minimum parking <br />ratios; and (4) establish the owner's obligations for further traffic mitigation improvements, <br />subject to a revision that would require an action of the City Council to determine that the <br />202,000 sq. ft. expansion is consistent with the Circulation Element of the General Plan <br />following the ultimate results of the West Las Positas Interchange study. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Ayala, Dennis, Michelotti, Pico, and Mayor Tarvet <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> Ms. Dennis liked the revised language especially the way it links the West Las Positas <br />Committee process and changes to the Circulation Element.
