Adopt Resolution No. 97-128, initiating the formation of a Geologic Hazard <br /> Abatement District (GHAD) for Laurel Creek Estates, Tracts 6400 and 6509; <br /> setting a public hearing concerning the formation for November 18, 1997; and <br /> ordering the City Clerk to mail notices of the hearing to all affected property <br /> owners.
