Mayor Tarver said he felt the collection of fees had to be done when the applicant applied <br />for the building permits. <br /> <br /> Mr. Roush said this is correct. If a different use were proposed, however, then <br />additional fees could be collected. <br /> <br /> Ms. Michelotti asked if there could be a credit given for the housing that is provided. <br /> Mayor Tarver said he could support a reduction of one half but not two-thirds. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Michelotti, and seconded by Ms. Ayala, to adopt Resolution <br />No. 97-100, approving a request by the Pegasus Group for a reduction in the lower income <br />housing fee for an approved storage facility at Stanley Boulevard and Valley Avenue <br />(PUD-97-6). <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Ayala, Dennis, and Michelotti. <br />NOES: Mayor Tarver <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Pico <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />7. MATTERS INITIATED BY COUNCIL <br /> <br /> Ms. Michelotti asked when the Stoneridge Mall development agreement and the <br />apartments in Hacienda were on the agenda? What about the schedule for the August 19 <br />meeting. <br /> <br /> Ms. Acosta said to the first question, at the first meeting in September; and the August <br />19 agenda is light. <br /> <br /> Mayor Tarver proposed to hold three meetings in September and not have the August 19 <br />meeting. <br /> <br /> Ms. Acosta said there will be a special meeting August 26 and perhaps some items could <br />be discussed at that meeting. <br /> <br /> Ms. Michelotti said she will be on vacation starting September 23. <br /> <br /> Ms. Acosta said there is a joint meeting with the School District September 11. <br /> <br />8.
