Vice Mayor Pico declared the public hearings open. There being no speakers, the public hearings were closed. It was moved by Ms. Ayala, and seconded by Ms. Dennis, to adopt Resolution No. 97-81, confirming the Engineer's Report and levying the 1997/98 Assessment for Landscape Maintenance District 1994-1 (Ponderosa); to adopt Resolution No. 97-82, confirming the Engineer's Report and levying the 1997/98 Assessment for Lighting and Landscape Maintenance District 1993-1 (Windsor); to adopt Resolution No. 97-83, conf'wrning the Engineer's Report and levying the 1997/98 Assessment for Lighting and Landscape Maintenance District 1993-2 (Bonde Ranch); to adopt Resolution 97-84, confir.,ing the Engineer's Report and levying the 1997/98 Assessment for Lighting and Landscape Maintenance District 1995-1 (Moller Ranch); to adopt Resolution No. 97-85, confuming the Engineer's Report and levying the 1997/98 Assessment for Lighting and Landscape Maintenance District (Laguna Oaks); and appropriate $13,524.47 from the General Fund to the respective Lighting and Landscape Maintenance Districts to pay for the City's share thereof.
