(IR97:33) <br /> No action was taken or required on this item. <br /> <br /> Jack Hovingh, 4250 Muirwood Drive, in regards to Item 4b, commented he was pleased <br />the City of Pleasanton declared June 15-21 as Affordable Housing Week. Unfortunately, there <br />is much more rhetoric concerning affordable housing than there is action. He said that at <br />buildout the City of Pleasanton is required by the General Plan to have 4300 affordable units; <br />currently he felt there were about 1300 units.
