MINUTES <br /> OF <br /> THE <br /> MEETING <br /> OF <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br /> June 17, 1997 <br /> <br />6:30 p.m ClOsed Session <br /> <br /> Council conferred with legal counsel regarding pending litigation City of Pleasant0n v. <br />Alameda County (concerning the Altamont landfill) and regarding the claim of John Rocha. <br /> <br />6:55 p.m. Geologic Hazard Abatement Districts - Oak Tree Farm and Moller Ranch <br /> <br /> Chairperson Ben Tarver called the regular meeting of the Board of Directors of the <br />Geologic Hazard Abatement District for Oak Tree Farm to order at 6:55 p.m. <br /> <br /> Mr. Lum presented the staff report. <br /> <br /> Chairperson Tarver declared the public hearing open. <br /> <br /> There being no testimony, the public hearings was closed. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Dennis, and seconded by Ms. Ayala, adopting Resolution No. <br />97-59, declaring the Board's intention to approve assessments within the Oak Tree Farm <br />Geologic Hazard Abatement District; setting July 15, 1997 as the date of the public hearing <br />for the Board to hear protests concerning the proposed assessments; and directing the Clerk <br />of the District to mail a notice of the public hearings to the owners of the real property <br />located in the Geologic Hazard Abatement District. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Directors - Ayala, Dennis, Michelotti, Pico and Chair Tarver. <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> Chairperson Ben Tarver called the regular meeting of the Board of Directors of the <br />Geologic Hazard Abatement District for Moller Ranch to order at 6:58 p.m. <br /> <br /> Mr. Lum presented the staff report. <br /> <br />Pleasanton City Council 6/17/97 <br />Minutes 1 <br /> <br /> <br />
