It was moved by Mayor Tarver, and seconded by Ms. Dennis, authorizing the Mayor <br />to forward the letter of response regarding the Little Valley EIR Addendum/Summary to <br />the Alameda County Board of Supervisors and Planning Commission, deleting the <br />statement "with the resolution of these issues, the City could support project approval", and <br />adding a statement nit is not consistent with the efforts of the County and the City in the <br />Tri-VaHey Planning documentation or to how growth should occur". <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Ayala, Dennis, Pico and Mayor Tarver. <br />NOES: Councilmember Michelotti <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />7, MATTERS INITIATED BY COUNCIL <br /> <br /> Mayor Tarver addressed the weed abatement notification process and directed staff to <br />make all notices easier for residents to understand. <br /> <br />8.
