Adopt Resolution 97-47, approving preparation and submittal of an application <br /> for a State Grant to the California Integrated Waste Management Board for <br /> funding to continue development of an Oil Recycling program within Pleasanton; <br /> and authorizing staff to execute agreement(s) and a contract for services as <br /> necessary to implement and manage the program at a cost not-to-exceed the <br /> amount of the grant.
