She asked if the staff <br />report was correct in the numbers. <br /> <br /> Mr. Graeser said yes it was correct. Only a few semi-trucks would be arriving between <br />4 a.m. and 6:30 a.m. <br /> <br /> Mayor Tarver declared the public hearing open. <br /> <br /> Judy Fox, 3645 Virgin Island Court, said there was no staff recommendation for traffic <br />restrictions. It seemed to her if the City was trying to mitigate traffic on Stoneridge Drive, them <br />should be a maximum number of trips allowed. <br /> <br /> There being no further public testimony, the public hearing was closed. <br /> <br /> Mayor Tarver commented that he received a letter from Matt Sullivan, who had concerns <br />about the project's impacts on the West Las Positas interchange. <br /> <br /> Ms. Dennis asked if Federal Express could be asked to participate in the trip reduction <br />management program. <br /> <br /> Mr. Swift said based on the way Federal Express has to operate in regards to the airports <br />there would be no opportunity to modify the operations. With respect to Ms. Fox, there is <br />currently no condition of approval that addresses the operation of the facility or ties the approval <br />to what is proposed. He felt a condition could be added that requires the project to adhere to <br />the anticipated use level. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Michelotti, and seconded by Ms. Ayala, to adopt Resolution <br />No. 97-51, approving a negative declaration for the application of Stephen Chainberlin <br />Associates/Federal Express for PUD Plan for a warehouse/office building and a vehicle <br />maintenance building on 5.58 acres located at the northeast comer of 1-680 and Stoneridge <br />Drive, as ~ed under Case PUD-97-02. <br />The roll Call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Ayala, Dennis, Michelotti, Pico and Mayor Tarver <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />Pleasanton City Council 05/20/97 <br />Minutes 20 <br /> <br /> <br />
