It was moved by Ms. Ayala, and seconded by Ms. Dennis, to adopt Resolution No. 97-44, approving the proposed modular facility as outlined in the staff report subject to the conditions as outlined in Attachment B; approve an expenditure of $166,537.64 (159,037.64 for purchase of the modular plus a $7,$00 contingency) for the purchase of the modular facility from Mobile Modular, Inc., and authorize the City Manager to approve the Purchase Agreement; approve an expenditure of $65,000 to purchase interior furnishings for the modular; approve an expenditure of $25,000 for on-site improvements including electrical, plumbing, landscaping, and pedestrian pathway.
