MEETING OPEN TO THE PUBLIC <br /> <br /> Jerry Wagner, 4043 Nevistrat, objected to the way staff handled his application for a <br />variance and asked Council to give direction to staff. <br /> <br /> Mr. Swift said the way staff understood Council' s direction was to get the issue of space <br />12A on the Planning Commission agenda. The appropriate way to do this was through a use <br />permit. The application will be heard by the Planning Commission on March 26, 1997. <br /> <br /> 3 3/04/97 <br /> <br /> <br />
