Mr. Lum indicated the work product of the current series of meetings will be coming to
Council soon and will set forth committee membership, scope of work, procedures, etc.

Mr. Correia asked if the makeup of the committee would be based on the new
assumption.

Mr. Lum stated there would be changes in the next draft.

There were no further speakers.

It was moved by Ms. Ayala, seconded by Ms. Michelotti, to adopt Resolution No.
97-08, establishing the West Las Positas Interchange Study interim policy for new
development applications.
The roll call vote was as follows:
AYES: Councilmembers -Ayala, Dennis, Michelotti, Pico, and Mayor Tarvet
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
ABSTAIN: None

Item 6d
PUD-90-19-6M. MoHer Rl~nCh I~vel0pment
Application for a ma_i or modification to an approved PUD Development Plan to change the
exterior color/material re~_uirements and the methodolog_v used to calculate buildina height.
and to increase the maximum size of the f'wst tier of lots along Foothill Road for the custom
lots in the MOHer Ranch residential project located to the west/northwest of the Foothill
Road/Muirwo0d Drive intersection. Zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit
Development) - RDR/LDR/A (Rural/Low Density Residential/Agriculture) District, West
Foothill Road Corridor Overlay District. (SR97:41)

Brian Swift presented the staff report.

Ms. Dennis asked if the property owners are required to maintain the colors required in
the conditions of approval.

Mr. Swift said they were.

Mr. Tarvet felt the real issue of height concerns relate to visibility of the house. He
asked if the lot could be graded more rather than step up the house height.

Mr. Swift indicated the grading of a pad area is limited by the conditions and
acknowledged that there are one or two sites that would require a much steeper cut than desired.

8 2/04/97
