Approve the City Council Minutes for December 19, 1996 and January 7, 1997. <br /> <br /> b. Approve the contract with George E. Homolka, Inc. for a cost not to exceed <br /> $45,000 to provide project development/management and public facilitation <br /> services; authorize the City Manager to execute said agreement; appropriate <br /> $45,000 from the General Fund for this contract. Approve Contract Amendment No. 1 with URS Greiner, Inc. for a cost not to <br /> exceed $17,278 to provide additional engineering services for First Street Bridge <br /> at Arroyo del Valle, Project No. 955029; authorize the City Manager to execute <br /> Contract Amendment No. 1. Adopt Ordinance No. 1702, an ordinance approving the application of Standard <br /> Pacific of Northern California for a major modification to a Planned Unit <br /> Development as filed under Case PUD-91 - 11 - 1M. <br /> <br /> e.
