MEETING OPEN TO THE PUBLIC Lynn Beamon, 449 Rose Avenue, complained about treatment by the Police Department concerning the towing of his vehicle. He demanded a meeting with the Councilmembers to resolve his complaints. Steven Power, 4415 Valley Avenue #L, had complaints about some police officers and compliments for others. He alleged he had been left in the street after he had a seizure. Dorene Paradiso, 3168 Paseo Granada, complained about ants in the conference room adjacent to the Council chambers and the poor housekeeping and maintenance of City Hall. She presented a recipe for ant control. Bert Felix, 2860 Garden Creek Circle, presented a status report on the most recent Toys for Tots Program; he thanked those who participated. Ms. Michelotti arrived at 7:20 p.m. She announced the retirement of Supervisor Ed Campbell and thanked him for his service as Pleasanton's representative to the Alameda County Board of Supervisors. 6.
