The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers- Ayala, Dennis, Pico, and Mayor Tarver <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Michelotti <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> Ms. Michelotti arrived at the meeting at 7:20 p.m. <br /> <br />5. MEETING OPEN TO THE PUBLIC <br /> <br /> Lynn Beamon, 449 Rose Avenue, complained about treatment by the Police Department <br />concerning the towing of his vehicle. He demanded a meeting with the Councilmembers to <br />resolve his complaints. <br /> <br /> Steven Power, 4415 Valley Avenue #L, had complaints about some police officers and <br />compliments for others. He alleged he had been left in the street after he had a seizure. <br /> <br /> Dorene Paradiso, 3168 Paseo Granada, complained about ants in the conference room <br />adjacent to the Council chambers and the poor housekeeping and maintenance of City Hall. She <br />presented a recipe for ant control. <br /> <br /> Bert Felix, 2860 Garden Creek Circle, presented a status report on the most recent Toys <br />for Tots Program; he thanked those who participated. <br /> <br /> Ms. Michelotti arrived at 7:20 p.m. She announced the retirement of Supervisor Ed <br />Campbell and thanked him for his service as Pleasanton's representative to the Alameda County <br />Board of Supervisors. <br /> <br />6. PUBLIC HEARINGS AND OTHER MATTERS <br /> <br />Item 6a <br />PUD-91-11-1M. Standard Padfie of Northern CalifOrnia <br />Application for a major modification to an approved PUB for Garden Villages, Village II, <br />to replace 153 townhome units with 149 ehster-ty_ue single-family detached units on an <br />approximately 13.8 acre site located at the easterly end of Stoneridge Drive at Guman <br />Parkway. Zoning for the property is PUB (Planned Unit Development) - LDR/MDR (Low <br />Density Residential/Medium Density Residential) District. (SR97: 10) <br /> <br /> Brian Swift presented the staff report. <br /> <br /> Mayor Tarver declared the public heating open. <br /> <br /> 4 1/07/97 <br /> <br /> <br />
