Mr. Harlan said he would look at the lots and bring back a number to Council. <br /> <br /> Ms. Dennis asked him to bring back options regarding lots that could have something <br />other than a detached unit. <br /> <br /> Mayor Tarver would like to see a plot plan that shows where units could be placed so <br />Council could evaluate the placement as being appropriate. This would alleviate some of the <br />neighbors' concerns as to where these units are going to be placed. He supported the concept of <br />the secondary units. He felt the size was okay, but it might be better if they were a little bigger. <br /> He wanted to limit the number of units. <br /> <br /> Mr. Harlan said Greenbriar is sensitive to the concerns.
