Mr. Harlan said he would look at the lots and bring back a number to Council. Ms. Dennis asked him to bring back options regarding lots that could have something other than a detached unit. Mayor Tarver would like to see a plot plan that shows where units could be placed so Council could evaluate the placement as being appropriate. This would alleviate some of the neighbors' concerns as to where these units are going to be placed. He supported the concept of the secondary units. He felt the size was okay, but it might be better if they were a little bigger. He wanted to limit the number of units. Mr. Harlan said Greenbriar is sensitive to the concerns. He asked that the item be continued. It was moved by Ms. Ayala, seconded by Ms. Michelotti, to continue the item to the February 2, 1999 Council meeting.
