Mr. Swift said no. <br /> <br /> Ms. Michelotti said the idea is to try and maintain a rural atmosphere. <br /> <br /> Mayor Tarver wanted to have the twenty lots inside the development and leave the nine <br />agricultural lots to be reviewed individually case by case. <br /> <br /> Mr. Harlan said because of the size, the units might be limited to 75 % in the inside of the <br />development. <br /> <br /> Mayor Tarver asked if the motion could be amended to include that the nine lots would <br />be reviewed on a case by case basis. <br /> <br /> Ms. Michelotti agreed. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Michelotti, seconded by Ms. Dennis to amend the motion to <br />allow 20 detached secondary units with the nine lots in PUD-A District to be considered on a <br />case by case basis. <br /> <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers- Dennis, Michelotti, and Mayor Tarver. <br />NOES: Councilmember Pico <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Ayala <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />7. MATTERS INITIATED BY COUNCIL <br /> <br /> Ms. Michelotti asked staff to place. on the agenda the discussion of the Tri-Valley <br />Strategic Plan in March. She asked about the timing of the review for the Foothill Road <br />Corridor Overlay District and expressed concerns about the color of a house being constructed <br />on Foothill Road. She also requested a status report on the assisted living project. <br /> <br /> Mayor Tarver directed staff to make certain anyone who has expressed an interest in the <br />Foothill Road Corridor Overlay District review of the ordinance be notified. <br /> <br /> Mr. Pico requested staff to place on the agenda for discussion regulations regarding <br />e-mail and ex-parte communications for City Council and Commissioners. <br /> <br />8.
