Mayor Tarver said item 6e, Happy Valley Specific Plan had been moved to June 16, <br />1998 and item 6f, the application to LAFCO for Annexation No. 144, Happy Valley, had been <br />moved to July 7, 1998. <br /> <br /> Ms. Ayala requested that approval of item 4a, minutes for the May 19, 1998 meeting, <br />be continued to the meeting of June 16, 1998. <br /> <br /> Mayor Tarver requested that item 4q, conceptual approval for "Main Street Party" events <br />sponsored by the Pleasanton Downtown Association, be moved to be heard as the first item <br />under Item 6. <br /> <br />4. CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Dennis, seconded by Councilmember Ayala, that <br />the following actions be taken on the Consent Calendar: <br /> <br /> a. Approve the City Council .Minutes for May 19, 1998. <br /> This item was continued to June 16, 1998. <br /> <br /> b. Proclaim July as "Parks and Recreation" month for 1998. <br /> <br /> c. Commend Elisa Ng & Christina Lain for their project "The Amazing Powers of <br /> Garlic" and for placing first in the Tri-Valley Science and Engineering Fair and <br /> for placing third in the Intel International Science and Engineering Fair. <br /> <br /> d. Approve monthly disbursements for April 1998 in the amount of $6,344,796.45; <br /> approve the investment report; and the COPS AB3229 Expenditures reports for <br /> April 1998. Adopt Resolution No. 98-71, reappointing Gary Galliano as Parking Citation <br /> Hearing Officer for a two year term, from July 1, 1998 to June 30, 2000, or until <br /> such time as he resigns and the position has been filled.
