The code enforcement system is complaint based. <br />If the Council was interested in changing that policy, there would need to be discussion. <br /> <br /> Ms. Dennis said she would like to discuss this issue. <br /> <br /> Reuben Davis, 7857 Lafayette Court, appreciated the Mayor taking the time to call him <br />regarding his problem.
