(SR98:248) (SR98:280) <br /> <br /> Ms. Acosta gave a brief introduction and background of the Development Impact Fee <br />structure study. <br /> <br /> Mr. Fialho described the Public Facilities Fee. <br /> <br /> Mr. Lum described the Traffic Impact Fee. <br /> <br /> Mr. Wolfe described the In-Lieu Park Dedication Fee. <br /> <br /> Mr. Bocian described the Affordable Housing Fee. <br /> <br /> Ms. Rossi explained how the fees will be used to finance improvements through buildout. <br /> <br /> Ms. Acosta summarized the presentation. <br /> <br /> Ms. Dennis thought the Kaiser property was larger than 38 acres. <br /> <br /> Ms. Acosta said only the piece that was identified as park land is approximately 38 acres. <br /> <br /> Ms. Dennis asked if the number for the traffic fee was a fixed number. <br /> <br /> Mr. Lum said it is a fixed fee as to the allocation of the project expenses.
