She <br />commented that Mr. Oliveira has put forth a good faith effort and if he continued, the business <br />would outgrow the site and in the long term he would have to relocate anyway. She did not <br />know of any other use that could go in there that would not have the same issues. She was <br />willing to support the appeal. <br /> <br /> Ms. Dennis had a concern that the business would not work out the issues in six months <br />and preferred the six months was to allow time for the business to move. She wanted to add <br />a condition stipulating the students should approach the shopping center from Main and Ray to <br />allow for a right hand turn into the parking lot. <br /> <br /> Ms. Acosta said it would be hard to enforce such a condition. <br /> <br /> Ms. Michelotti asked if a pattern could be established having the vehicles enter the first <br />entry and exit the second entry making a right hand turn onto First Street.
