Ms. Michelotti said all the meetings have been open to the public. She said Bruce Fiedler attended the last negotiations regarding the reimbursement agreement. She said this is just the beginning. Mayor Tarver mentioned the meetings should be held at night. Ms. Dennis felt it would be better to choose the representatives first and then the format and structure of the meetings. She had no objection to Ms. Ayala and Ms. Michelotti serving on the committee. She just wondered if Councilmember Pico was interested in serving. Ms. Ayala said this was included in his packet and he did not indicate to the Mayor that he was interested. Mayor Tarver said the item could be carried over to the next meeting in order to let Councilmember Pico interject his opinion. Ms. Acosta said she had a meeting set for Friday with the BART representatives. Ms. Ayala said Guy Houston and Janet Lockhart would welcome any member of the Pleasanton Council to be a representative in cooperation with Dublin. It was moved by Ms. Dennis, seconded by Ms. Ayala, approving Councilmembers Ayala and Michelotti'as representatives to serve on the ad-hoc committee with Councilmember Pico as an alternate. Mayor Tarver said he could not support the motion because he did not agree with the process, not the representatives selected. The roll call vote was as follows: AYES: Councilmembers - Ayala, Dennis, and Michelotti. NOES: Mayor Tarver ABSENT: Councilmember Pico ABSTAIN: None Item 6f Council position on Proposition 1A regarding the school bond issue.
