F. Investments (Nick Chapman, Trustee) (sometimes referred to as Lots <br />116, 119, and 124). <br /> <br />I have reviewed a September 15, 1998 City Council Staff Report prepared by the <br />Public Works Department. Page 5 of that report contains a recommendation that these three <br />parcels not be included in the City's annexation application. The reason given for this <br />exclusion is a lawsuit filed by these owners against the City. <br /> <br />The lawsuit referenced objects to the density given to these parcels under the Specific <br />Plan. The lawsuit does not object to or challenge the annexation of these parcels into the City. <br /> <br />These three owners have previously requested that their properties be annexed into the <br />City.
