Item 6d <br />Approval of Livermore Amador Valley Water Management Agency Export Pipeline Project. <br />(SR98: 162) <br /> <br /> Randall Lum presented the staff report. <br /> <br /> Mayor Tarver asked for public testimony. <br /> <br /> There were no speakers. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Mr. Pico, and seconded by Ms. Ayala, to adopt Resolution No. <br />98-87, recommending that the Livermore-Amador Valley Water Management Agency <br />certify the environmental impact report for the Export Facilities Project, and approve the <br />project itself. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Ayala, Dennis, Michelotti, Pico and Mayor Tarver. <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />Item 6e <br />Revision to the Joint Powers Agreement for the Tri-Valley Transportation Development Fee <br />and adoption of the fees. MATTERS INITIATED BY COUNCIL <br /> <br /> Mayor Tarver suggested putting a measure on the November ballot that the Mayors term <br />be four years instead of two years. <br /> <br /> Ms. Dennis supported the issue. <br /> <br /> Mr. Pico was not in favor of the issue.
