It was moved by Ms. Dennis, seconded by Ms. Michelotti, that Ordinance No. 1751, <br />be introduced to be read by title only and waiving further reading thereof, approving the <br />combination of Planned Unit Development (PUD) zoning districts for the Happy Valley <br />Specific Plan Flat Area, including PUD-MDR (Medium Density Residential), PUD-LDR <br />(Low Density Residential), PUD-SRDR (Semi-Rural Density Residential), PUD-GC (Golf <br />Course), and PUD-A/OS (Agriculture/Open Space), as filed under Case RZ-97-01. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Ayala, Dennis, Michelotti, Pico and Mayor Tarver. <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> Mr. Pico asked if the PUD zoning was subject to the property owners having their vote <br />on some of the issues. <br /> <br /> Mr. Swirl said staff will work out the agricultural uses with the property owners. He <br />did not expect any changes in the zoning regulations. <br /> <br />Item 6b <br />PUD-98-02~ Albert William Esperson Company, Inc. <br />Application for a Planned Unit Development rezoning and development plan approval for <br />three single-family residential lots located at 4264 First Street. Zoning for the property is <br />RM-2500 (Multiple Family Residential, 2,500 square-foot lot/per unit) District. (SR98: 150) <br /> <br /> This item was continued to the July 7, 1998, Council meeting at the applicant's request. <br /> <br />Item 6c <br />PUD-85-10-6M, City of Pleasanton (for Hopyard Village Shopping Center) <br />Application for a major modification to an approved Planned Unit Development (PUD) for <br />Hopyard Village Shopping Center, located at the northeast corner of Hopyard Road and <br />Valley Avenue~ to consider amendments to the conditions of approval regarding uses. hours <br />of parking lot gate closure, parking lot lighting. landscaping, and lattice fence extensions <br />for the 52 space eastern parking lot and buildings located at 5725 and 5737 Valley Avenue. <br />The proposed amendments would implement the settlement agreement between the City of <br />Pleasanton and the property owner (Goble Properties). Zoning for the property is PUD <br />(Planned Unit Development) C-C (Central Commercial) District.
