AGENDA AMENDMENTS <br /> <br /> Deborah Acosta said that a closed session on labor negotiations had been added to the <br />agenda well after the agenda was originally posted, and that Item 41, authorization to settle <br />pending worker's compensation claim, had also been added to the agenda. She requested that <br />Item 4q, Ordinance 1743, approving Case RZ-97-7, be moved to be heard after Item 6e. <br /> <br /> Mayor Tarver suggested that the agenda be arranged in the following way: Item 6a, Item <br />6b, Item 6d, Item 6e, Item 4q, Item 6c, and Item 6f. He said due to time constraints, Item 6c <br />and Item 6f might need to be continued. <br /> <br /> Ms. Acosta said the presentation regarding the award to the City of Pleasanton for <br /> "Financing Our Future" needed to be continued. <br /> <br />4. CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Michelotti, seconded by Ms. Ayala, that the following actions <br /> be taken on the Consent Calendar: <br /> <br /> a. Approve the City Council Minutes for April 21, 1998, as amended. <br /> <br /> b. Approve monthly disbursements for March in the amount of $5,995,521.97; <br /> approve the investment report; and the COPS AB3229 Expenditures reports for <br /> March 1998. Approve the final map, improvement plans and subdivision agreement for Tract <br /> 6947, Town Square (formerly called Ray Street Village); and authorize the City <br /> Manager to execute the subdivision agreement. <br /> <br /> d. Approve the plans and specifications for the Mohr Avenue Soundwall, Project <br /> No. 965035; review bids and award the contract for the subject project to the low <br /> bidder, A. J. Vasconi of Concord, California for a contract amount of <br /> $88,143.60; approve contract Amendment No. 1 with Ruggeri-Jensen-Azar & <br /> Associates (RJA) for construction surveying and engineering support services for <br /> a not-to-exceed amount of $5,100; and authorize the City Manager to enter into <br /> the above contracts.
