It was moved by Ms. Ayala, and seconded by Ms. Dennis, to accept the <br />memorandum of understanding. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Ayala, Michelotti, and Mayor Tarver. <br />NOES: Councilmember Pico and Mayor Tarver. <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> Mayor Tarver encouraged the people to get involved actively in the initiative process and <br />go to the Zone 7 Board meetings. <br /> <br />5.
