Ci_ty of <br />Pleasanton). <br /> Conferred with legal counsel regarding potential litigation against Zone 7 concerning its <br />certification of the Supplemental EIR for the transfer of water entitlements from the Berrenda <br />Mesa Water District for use in the Dougherty Valley. <br /> Conferred with legal counsel regarding the claim of Greg Marklin. <br /> Conferred with labor negotiators, Deborah Acosta and Nelson Fialho, regarding <br />Pleasanton Police Officers Association. <br /> Conferred with legal counsel regarding existing litigation (Manufacturers Life v. City of <br />Pleasanton. <br /> <br />1. CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br /> Vice Mayor Becky Dennis called the Regular Meeting of the City Council to order at <br />7:02 p.m. <br /> <br /> Ms. Ayala led the assembly in the pledge of allegiance. <br /> <br /> She indicated the community's thoughts and prayers go to the Tarver family on the loss <br />of Mayor Tarver's son-in-law. Any contributions in memory of Lt. Kent Koontz may be sent <br />to Hope Hospice. She also noted the passing of Woody Niethammer, who had been actively <br />working with youth soccer programs for 25 years. <br /> <br />2. ROLL CALL <br /> <br /> City Clerk Peggy L.
