This item was moved to the end of the agenda. Item 6c PropoSed Zone 7 Water Service Expansion Policy. (SR98:30) Randall Lum presented the staff report. Vice Mayor Dennis asked for public input. Robert Cordtz, 262 West Angela, agreed with the staff report. His concern was with the way the Zone 7 Board has performed and approved the Dougherty Valley project. He said the Zone 7 Board uses the County Counsel which he believed was a definite conflict of interest. He said the resolutions and recitals hold everyone harmless except for the citizens of Pleasanton. He felt Council should move forward as recommended by staff. There was no further public testimony.
