It was moved by Mayor Tarver, seconded by Ms. Ayala, to put Ordinance 1719 to <br />the vote of the people in June but if that is not possible, then in November, and to adjourn <br />this meeting to Thursday, March 5, 1998, 5:00 p.m. to determine the ballot language. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Ayala, Dennis, Michelotti, Pico and Mayor Tarvet. <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />7.
