Ms. Ayala said there was a bus system available years ago and we could look at how that <br />was run. Zoning for the property is PUD <br />(Planned Unit Developmen0 - A/LDR (AgriCultural/Low Density Residential) district. <br />(SR98:27) <br /> <br />Also consider adoption of a Negative Declaration for the proposed off-site water tank <br /> <br /> Brian Swift presented the staff report. <br /> <br /> Ms. Dennis asked what the vegetation salvage area was? <br /> <br /> Mr. Swift explained it was part of the overall area having to be mitigated as part of Fish <br />and Game permit. <br /> <br /> Ms. Ayala asked if anything had changed with the North Sycamore Specific Plan and the <br />collector road alignment? <br /> <br /> Mr. Swift said basically there was no change since the time the Specific Plan was <br />adopted, with the possible exception that since the General Plan was adopted in 1996, the <br />development potential that could ultimately use this road was reviewed and the traffic volumes <br />are slightly lower. The issues with respect to where the east/west collector would go and whose <br />property it would go on did not change. <br /> <br /> Ms. Dennis had a question on the detached second units. Staff is recommending it go <br />back to the Planning Commission for design review. Would it be covered under the master <br />second unit permit plan? <br /> <br /> Mr. Swift said the applicant did not propose a second unit. Staff indicated in the staff <br /> report there were a number of ways to do this if Council wished to add this option.
