The issues with respect to where the east/west collector would go and whose <br />property it would go on did not change. <br /> <br /> Ms. Dennis had a question on the detached second units. Staff is recommending it go <br />back to the Planning Commission for design review. Would it be covered under the master <br />second unit permit plan? <br /> <br /> Mr. Swift said the applicant did not propose a second unit. Staff indicated in the staff <br /> report there were a number of ways to do this if Council wished to add this option.
