Zoning <br /> for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) - LDR and MDR (Low <br /> Density Residential and Medium Density Residential) District. MEETING OPEN TO THE PUBLIC <br /> <br /> Brendan Crawford, 1038 Gray Fox Circle, commended the City Council for collaborating <br />with the School District in regards to the third gymnasium at the new Hacienda Middle School. <br />He asked how long it might be before the gymnasium would be built. <br /> <br /> Ryan Huff said the projected completion date was sometime in the year 2000. <br /> <br /> Eddie Lee Richardson, 3 150 Half Dome Drive, as a member of the Youth Commission, <br />encouraged the City Council to go forth in supporting efforts to establish a master plan for <br />Pleasanton's youth. He asked if the Council had any words of encouragement as to how to get <br />the plan off the ground in order to achieve increased services and programs for Pleasanton <br />youth. <br /> <br /> Ms. Ayala remarked that this is an important plan to many different organizations in <br />Pleasanton. She mentioned the youth risk survey that had recently been done. She was <br />encouraged by the collaboration of the Youth Commission, Human Services Commission, the <br />Youth Collaborative Group, and other groups in Pleasanton and she felt this would be a program <br />that would benefit all the youth in Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> Mr. I-Iuff mentioned the City and the School District had begun to discuss the possibility <br />of jointly working on a youth master plan through the Liaison Committee. The City and School <br />District were preparing a joint staff report to be presented to the City's Commissions, School <br />District and Council next month.
